Speaker's Bio
Bryan R. Reynolds is a partner with the Owensboro law firm of Sullivan, Mountjoy, Stainback & Miller, where his practice is concentrated in Environmental and Mineral Law, Litigation and Real Estate. Mr. Reynolds graduated with a B.S. in Geology from Indiana University in 1983. After graduation, he worked as a geologist until 1988 for a family-owned independent oil and gas exploration and production company. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1991. He currently serves as General Counsel to the Owensboro Riverport Authority. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Oil and Gas Association since 1992. He is also on the legal committee of the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission. He has served as counsel of record in cases of national prominence in areas of environmental and mineral law, and has spoken on numerous occasions on a variety of mineral and environmental topics. His clients have included regional utilities and cooperatives, local governmental units, Fortune 500 companies, and major oil and gas producers.
