Speaker's Bio
A native of Pikeville, Kentucky, Noah is a 2007 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law. After graduation, Noah served for three years as a law clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge Edward B. Atkins in both Ashland and Pikeville, Kentucky. In 2011, he established a solo practice in Pikeville, which focused on bankruptcy and federal civil and criminal litigation. He has represented hundreds of Eastern Kentucky families in the United States Bankruptcy Court, as well as representing dozens of small businesses who have been sued in connection with large-scale corporate bankruptcies. In 2016, Noah became General Counsel to Kentucky State Treasurer, Allison Ball, and argued on her behalf before the Kentucky Supreme Court in the case of Beshear v Bevin. He now lives in Versailles, with his wife Crystal, who is also an attorney, and their three young children.
