Description
A simple matrix analysis method for environmental impact assessment was proposed. Environmental changes might be closely linked with result from direct or indirect action of development. Twenty-four impact items and fourty-five influenced items were picked up and scored. Influence for each item was given by 3 classes score. Development of grassland, agricultural remodeling of the land, resulted in a reduction of natural community. Conservation of natural condition, including woods, peatland and river, effects finally state of the grassland. Early check on the grassland development is highly appreciated.
