About This Journal

Ariel was a biannual journal organized and edited by the graduate students of the Department of Spanish and Italian of the University of Kentucky and is sponsored by the Spanish and Italian Graduate Student Association. This journal was dedicated to fostering scholarship among graduate students in the areas of Hispanic and Hispanic-American languages and literature. Ariel included articles from graduate students.

Ariel ceased publication in 1994. All published contents are made available here to advance research and scholarship. Please contact the University of Kentucky Libraries if anyone has questions or concerns about the available contents.
