Speaker's Bio
Mr. Martin is Director of Collections for the University of Kentucky Libraries. He has worked closely with the Federal Depository Unit in its implementation of the IMLS-ASERL grant project and advised on the broader implications of the Collaborative Federal Depository Program for the UK Libraries collections.
