This exhibit is from a collection of postcards sent by George Parsons, who was traveling in the Middle East, to his wife Sarah, who was residing in New Jersey. The cards are all dated in the early 20th century.
The original postcards are housed in the University of Kentucky (UK) Libraries' Special Collections. The origin of them and how they came to be part of the UK Libraries collection are unknown.
