The Journey to Modern Europe: Evolution of the European Union
This exhibit chronicles the evolution of the idea of a unified Europe. While the European Union (EU) became a political reality with the signing of the Maastricht Treaty in 1992, the notion of the EU began at the end of the World War II. The exhibit is arranged by decade and includes major events in the creation of the EU as we know it today. Click here to download a brochure about a physical exhibit on this topic.
