On April 10, 2012, University Libraries partnered with UK Healthcare to present Dr. Connie Jennings, from the Internal Medicine Group, who gave a brief history of acupuncture along with current practices. Dr. Jennings demonstrated acupuncture on members of the audience who were brave enough to volunteer for the demonstration.
