Abstract
During the Carolinas Chapter of the American Association of Law Libraries fall meeting in 1953, it was a decided to form the Southeastern Law Libraries Association. This letter, written by Chapter President Mary W. Oliver, was sent to inform the current members of The Carolinas Chapter of the change.
