Dr. Michael Roy Nichol.a serves as Staff Psychologist at Eastern State Hospital where he is Assistant Chair of the Medical Staff Quality Improvement Committee and on the Steering Committee of the Center for Mental Health Research. Dr. Nichols also teaches and conducts research at UK.
