Speaker's Bio
David B. Clarke has served as Assistant Director of the University of Tennessee Transportation Center since 1990. He heads the Center's Logistics and Systems Analysis Division. He formerly served as a transportation group leader and research engineer with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and as a design engineer with Bechtel Corporation.
