Speaker's Bio
Dr. T. Peter Ruane is the President/CEO of the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA). Prior to joining ARTBA in 1988, he served as President I CEO of the National Moving and Storage Association and the National Institute of Certified Moving Consultants. Dr. Ruane also has served as the deputy director of the Office of Economic Adjustment, Office of the Secretary of Defense, which serves as the staff for the Economic Adjustment Committee of the President of the United States.
