Hubert Tiernan Willis (November 3, 1907 - October 10, 1988) was born in Greenup County, Kentucky to Charles Hubert Willis and Mayme Tiernan. Willis practiced law in Louisville. He was a founding partner of the law firm Middleton & Reutlinger. Willis married Constance Clark in 1939.
