Woodfin Ernest Rogers, Jr. (November 26, 1907 - October 5, 1975) was born in Guthrie, Kentucky to Woodfin Ernest Rogers, Sr. and Mary Manion. Rogers practiced law in Hopkinsville. He served as Christian County Attorney for over 20 years, as City Judge for Hopkinsville, and as Christian County Trial Commissioner. Rogers served on the Kentucky Criminal Code Committee. He married Margaret Tate in 1935.
