John Robert Lawless (June 16, 1903 - February 25, 1980) was born in Lexington, Kentucky to John Edward Lawless and Lillian McClelland. Lawless practiced law in Lexington for several years. He later practiced in Los Angeles, California. He married Florence Simrall in 1932.
