Fred Clayton Drake (April 30, 1905 - November 8, 1949) was born in Covington, Kentucky to John Henry Smith and Mary Lee Cooper. Drake practiced in Kenton and Gallatin Counties after graduation. He served as Gallatin County Attorney and worked for the Anti-Usury Bureau.
