James Flack Thomas (September 29, 1905 - October 8, 1987) was born in Henry County, Kentucky to Sam Thomas and Icey Flack. Thomas practiced law in Henry County. He served 12 years as Henry County attorney and 18 years as Commonwealth Attorney for the 12th Judicial District. He married Julia Murphy.
