Such a modest chap for a lawyer, and yet, beware, judge, not too hastily. Auburn is his hair; his neck has an Irish tinge. Let it be sufficient warning, in closing, to call your attention to the fact that he spells his name “H-a-r-d.”

Thomas Weldon Hardesty, Jr. (June 26, 1902 - October 13, 1968) was born in Newport, Kentucky to Thomas Weldon Hardesty, Sr. and Gertrude Wood. He practiced law in Northern Kentucky. Hardesty married Mildred Miller in 1927.
