Evert Balie Baker*, LL.B.
Evert Balie Baker (October 8, 1887 - July 25, 1945) was born in Caldwell County, Kentucky to John Carr Baker and Mary Louisa Woodruff. Baker worked as a teacher in Caldwell County before attending the University of Kentucky. After graduation, he practiced law in Louisville. Baker served as legal advisor to the Kentucky Game and Fish Commission in the 1930s.
*Mr. Baker is not listed in the 1922 edition of The Kentuckian.
