Henry Wilbur Sullivan*, LL.B.
Henry Wilbur Sullivan (September 15, 1898 - April 16, 1995**) was born in Montgomery County, Kentucky to Joseph P. Sullivan and Mary Alice Hainline. Sullivan practiced law in Montgomery County after graduation. He served terms as Montgomery circuit court commissioner, county attorney, special police judge, and Mount Sterling city attorney. Sullivan moved to Washington, D.C. in 1936 and began working in the legal department of the United States Social Security board. He married Eula Hill in 1926.
