Edwin* Everett Rice**, LL.B.
Edwin Everett Rice (May 21, 1895*** - April, 10 1970) was born in Owsley County, Kentucky to Harvey Hall Rice and Mary Dunnigan. Rice practiced law in Irvine for 13 years after graduating from the College of Law. He then moved his practice to Hamilton, Ohio. In 1956, Rice moved to Sarasota, Florida. He married Cordelia Mae Gumm.
*Mr. Rice's first name is also listed as Edward or Edgar in different sources. This record uses Edwin as it is the name on Mr. Rice's gravestone.
