James William Norris*, LL.B.
James William Norris (July 17, 1891 - May 6, 1966) was born in Byrdstown, Tennessee to John Norris and Celia Zachary. Norris worked as a farmer in Mississippi and Arkansas after receiving his LL.B.. He married Lueada Williams.
*Mr. Norris is not listed in the 1917 edition of The Kentuckian.
