Amos Charles Preston (August 4, 1891 - September 25, 1938) was born in Inez, Kentucky to Jesse Preston and Sarah Williamson. Preston practiced law in Louisville. He retired from his legal practice in 1936 and moved to Miami, Florida. Preston was married twice--his wives were Dora Robinson (m.1914, d.1929), Adele Ruth (last name undetermined, married between 1929 and 1934).
