Richard Jackson Fogg, Jr.*, LL.B.
Richard Jackson Fogg, Jr. (February 3, 1894 - June 29, 1942) was born in Woodford County, Kentucky to Richard Jackson Fogg, Sr. and Susie Hawkins. Fogg, Jr. practiced law in Lexington after graduation. He married Lucy Doty in 1924.
*Mr. Fogg is not listed in the 1916 edition of The Kentuckian.
