Norberto Devera*, LL.B.
Norberto Devera (1893? - ?) was born in the Philippines. Devera arrived in the United States in 1913. He first attended the Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. Devera returned to the Philippines some time after receiving his LL.B. from the University of Kentucky in 1916. In 1921, Devera was listed in the Manila City Directory as being the principal of the Sampaloc Intermediate School.
*Mr. Devera is not listed in the 1916 edition of The Kentuckian.
