John Henry Williams*, LL.B.
John Henry Williams (December 2, 1887 - March 16, 1945) was born in Morgan County, Kentucky to James Wesley Williams and Nancy Elizabeth Caudill. Williams became the West Liberty city attorney after graduation. He also worked as a farmer and as a teacher at Morgan County High School. Williams co-founded the West Liberty law firm of Mathis & Williams in 1921. Williams later worked as a teacher and a principal in Boyd County, Kentucky. He married Cassie Jane Smallwood in 1908.
*Mr. Williams is not listed in the 1916 edition of The Kentuckian.
