Charles Emery Baldwin (August 5,1885-1950) was the son of Frederick Baldwin and Cornelia Bayliss. After graduation, Baldwin worked as an attorney in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the firm of Baldwin & Spradling. Baldwin married Nellie F. Bullette on March 24, 1918 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. The couple is buried in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
