Western Queensland rangelands are showing productivity losses which appear to involve grazing management. Changes are required to, arrest this trend. Needs for. information and monitoring of change are indicated. Little information exists for these rangelands, so lntroduction of overseas grazing management systems could create problems. Their application, with monitoring and research, could contribute to sustainabllity.
