Description
In tropical countries one of the ways of improving inoculant distribution consists on seed-pre-inoculation and on the production of lyophilized inoculants allowing a higher viability during the storage period. Thus, it is necessary to learn the rhizobium survival in pre-inoculated seeds and in lyophilized flasks, as well as in mineral oil used as a rhizobium carrier.
