Many of you are visitors to this country. This afternoon you saw something of an industry quite different from yours back home. The objective of my talk is to help you identify what these differences are and why they exist. By the end of the day you should have a picture of how one industry • the dairy industry • has integrated a whole range of systems into a successful whole.
