Abstract
Bloom is organized as a book-length poetry manuscript. Divided into four sections, the project explores themes of personal and societal danger, finding refuge in creative work and community, acquiring agency through personal work and exposure, and the possibility and celebration of psychological and sensory freedom. Themes center around visual art, spiritual practice, life in a body, and the culture of relationship.
