Abstract
This evaluation examines the Bourbon County Physical Activity Initiative, which aims to increase physical activity levels in Bourbon County, Kentucky. The initiative includes increased access to exercise opportunities, community events, and an incentive-based activity tracking system. This evaluation assesses the program’s implementation, effectiveness, and provides recommendations for improvement. By utilizing evaluation findings, public health practitioners can enhance decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and improve population health outcomes.
