Charles Walter Hoskins*, LL.B.
Charles Walter Hoskins (October 22, 1887 - October 14, 1954) was born in Leslie County, Kentucky to Carlo Hoskins and Delia Helton. Hoskins returned to Leslie County and began practicing law in Hyden after graduation. He served in the United States Army Quartermaster Corps during World War I. Hoskins was one of the first trustees for the Frontier Nursing Service and served in that role until his death. He also provided legal services to the organization. Hoskins married Wanda Overmyer.
