This paper focuses on their newly established facility in Ohio, where the innovative process transforms landfilled coal combustion residuals (CCR) into Brixx blocks, aggregates, and other materials, serving as a sustainable substitute for traditionally manufactured products. The performance of the manufactured materials has been thoroughly evaluated through mechanical testing, resulting in outstanding outcomes. Ohio has recognized the quality and suitability of the final product, accepting it as an approved material for all ODOT projects. This recognition signifies the trust and credibility the Brixx Technology process has garnered in the industry. Production of these sustainable building materials by Brixx Technology is accomplished at competitive market rates while maintaining comparable mechanical properties and significantly reducing manufacturing costs.
