Abstract
After-school organizations nationwide, such as Boys & Girls Clubs, provide youth with out-of-school opportunities for academic and social-emotional learning. Strategic plans can help after-school organizations maximize their impact. This paper outlines a strategic plan for Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati, specifically to increase the number of members they serve on an average daily basis. The plan addresses both Club member recruitment and retention techniques, and includes specific action items, communication, and monitoring plans.
