Description
In Hungary, and also in the areas with similar geographical and climatic conditions, about 40 - 60 per cent of grass yields per year is harvested from the first growth. For the determination of the optimal harvest time it is very important to know the changes in the nutritive value and volume of the first growth. These changes are influenced by the traits of the different varieties too.
