Description

Natural communities Chrysopogonetum grylli of low productive xerotherm grass Chrysopogon gryllus (1) Trin., have spread in the mountainous regions of Serbia (Kojic, 1958), so that even with a low productivity, 1-2 t/ha dry matter (Ocokoljic et al., 1983) represents an important source of fodder. In order to increase yield of thermophylic communities, different doses and combinations of mineral fertilizers NPK were used between 1965 and 1988.
