Tarlton Combs Carroll (May 14, 1889 - January 23, 1978) was the son of Charles Carroll and Ida B. Troutman. Caroll first practiced law at the Louisville firm of Carroll & Carroll. He later practiced in Bullitt County and was, at one time, the county attorney. Carroll married Irene Crutcher--the two are buried at the Hebron Cemetery and Mausoleums in Bullitt County.
